“At Danfoss Drives we are extremely quality- and customer-driven. We implemented Fliq Digital Lean tools to manage our continuous improvement processes, and to decrease production deviations and quality issues. We have now used Fliq tools for five years and have implemented Lean tools to all our production lines at the Vaasa factory. It is super easy to use and the response from users has been great.
We have seen some really great development on the factory floor. Factory floor innovations and ideas have peaked above 1500pcs/year, with a total cumulative amount of +8000 ideas over a 5-year period. Our implementation percentage is around 70-80% which means that most the of ideas have been turned into innovations, providing increased productivity along with a safer and better work environment, but also much more committed employees.
During the last 6 years we have been able to meet our yearly productivity improvement targets – Fliq Digital Lean tools has played an important part in this.
