5S is originally a Japanese system consisting of five phases: Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain). The audit assesses how well these five steps have been implemented and how they are followed in day-to-day work.
