But why does FLIQ exist?
One of our co-founders, Lassi, was working in maintenance at an industrial company in 2014. They faced a challenge in finding a modern, suitable, clear, and sufficiently visual system to manage maintenance. Since nothing like that was available, they decided to build it themselves.
That’s how FLIQ was born.
FLIQ was created to suit its users, and we’re still on that same mission more than ten years later. This brings us to the present day and our expanded operations: we continuously engage in development and research to offer our customers the most user-friendly enterprise resource planning system possible—one that supports the growth of their specific business.
A winning culture is built on collaboration, embracing mistakes, and maintaining a high standard of hard work and expectations. Everyone should feel like a valued part of the team, and each individual should be respected and treated fairly. When everyone feels valued and respected, each person will do their utmost to contribute to the team’s success.
On the path to success, it’s important to have fun and enjoy the journey, as work is a part of everyday life and should be fulfilling. When you enjoy your work, it positively impacts your free time, and vice versa. Our goal is to create a successful and fulfilling workplace for everyone—a place where Mondays feel like Fridays!
In 2024, our team consists of approximately 20 people. We believe that these elements provide a strong foundation for pursuing a successful future.
Many companies have specific needs to add more functionalities to their often rigid ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. For many SMEs, an ERP system is often too expensive and challenging to manage as a unified whole. Our perspective is that systems should always be a solution that simplifies business operations, not the opposite.
